For years, I ran a successful hair salon where my daily focus was on color theory, structural design, and making my clients feel incredible. When I began experimenting with royal icing and buttercream, I realized I had simply found a new medium for my art. I traded my shears for piping bags, bringing that same obsession with detail and aesthetics into the kitchen.
